Parents, grandparents, young adults, siblings, teachers and friends were the enthusiastic audience of 41 people who attended the Boston Educational Forum on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Boston Children's Hospital in Waltham, MA.

Speakers from the SWS Center of Excellence at BCH included Mustafa Sahin, MD, Marilyn Liang, MD, Douglas Rhee, MD, Masanori Takeoka, MD, Katrina Boyer, PhD, Kitty Petty, M.Ed, and Lisa Rezza, MS. They covered all  topics pertinent to SWS/PWB with a welcome and overview  by SWF CEO Karen Ball.

Families were able to meet each other and share encouragement and friendly support. SWF Board member Pam McIntyre and Jennifer McCrave of the BCH staff were part of the planning from the beginning and made the day move smoothly.  The attendees gave the event five stars.
